1. Definitions
- “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to Go Luxury Dubai.
- “Customer,” “traveler,” “you,” “your” refers to the person booking or participating in our services.
- “Services” refers to tours, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, activities, and related travel experiences provided by us.
2. Booking and Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive a completed booking form and the required deposit.
- Final payment must be made by the deadline stated in your confirmation invoice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking and may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier cost changes.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations
- If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Refund eligibility and amounts are governed by the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
Company Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or supplier issues. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
- No refunds are provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. Go Luxury Dubai is not responsible for costs incurred due to insufficient or lack of insurance.
5. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for entry into the United Arab Emirates.
- Go Luxury Dubai is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Any general guidance provided does not replace official government requirements.
6. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions
- Accommodation, transportation, activities, and meals as specified in your confirmed itinerary.
Exclusions
- International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, and gratuities unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Changes to Itineraries
- We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternatives of equal value.
- No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes beyond our control.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
By booking with Go Luxury Dubai, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of the UAE during your travels.
- Follow the instructions of guides, drivers, and tour leaders.
- Accept responsibility for any damage caused by your actions.
9. Health and Fitness
- Some tours involve physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.
- Any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s condition poses a safety risk.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Go Luxury Dubai acts as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or negligence.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government actions.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Go Luxury Dubai and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Privacy Policy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the handling of your information as outlined therein.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
